This colorful, fun and eye-catching look is inspired by Katy Perry; especially her music videos: Wakin Up In Vegas and California Gurls. I love her fun, quirky, colorful style! Though it may be a bit hard to pull off and easily intimidating for those who shy away from bold looks, glitter and or color, this look is wearable for special (and colorful!) events, parties, raves or even a showgirl kind of photo shoot. You can also use the techniques for applying glitter to the eye from this tutorial for putting on makeup for dance recitals or cheerleading performances.

Remember, feel free to interchange the colors used to your liking.

If I seem a bit peppy and not my usual self in this video, it’s cause I was playing music while recording the tutorial (Katy Perry music, to be exact) and was kind of trying to be in character. Heh heh…
