Glitz

As the title suggest, I’m using Tarte’s Limited Edition Puttin’ on the glitz in Walk in the Park to create a nice, everyday neutral eye look with a pop of green.

As always, you don’t need any of the products I used in the video. Get creative and see what you can come up with!
